Extreme Super Boats can develop curves and shapes never previously achieved in aluminum vessel construction. Our patented technology allows us to build extreme radii that typically can only be achieved by 5-axis machining.
ESB will build an aluminum master plug that the builder and/or ESB will be able to tune to perfection for ultimate hydrodynamic performance. If desired, we will produce the molds and all parts required for fiberglass production.
Upon performance verification, the aluminum hull is used to produce steel-reinforced production molds for maximum endurance. The aluminum master hull/plug, certifiable by Lloyds/Veritas/ABS, can be finished and sold as a high-end custom vessel at higher value than the fiberglass product, thereby offsetting the cost of 3D modelling and molds.
